Blaine Dodgion – Director of Operations
With 20 years of experience in the construction industry and a decade of dedication to GH Phipps, Blaine Dodgion has been a key contributor to the company’s continued success. Since joining GH Phipps in 2014, he has held a variety of leadership positions, including project manager, manager of special projects, and manager of mainline operations. His expertise in project management, operational efficiency, and team leadership has been instrumental in ensuring high-quality project execution and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

A graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, he brings both technical expertise and a leadership style that prioritizes trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Crista Glucksman – Director of Special Projects
Crista Glucksman has been an integral part of GH Phipps since joining the company in 2016 as an assistant project manager. Her experience in construction management spans both the owner’s and general contractor’s perspectives, making her a versatile and strategic leader in project execution. She has successfully overseen projects across a variety of sectors, including new builds, tenant buildouts, common area renovations, building improvements, deferred maintenance, and capital improvements.
In addition to her expertise in project management, Crista brings strong skills in financial reporting, estimating, contract negotiations, and budget management—ensuring projects are completed efficiently and successfully. Her leadership and training abilities have made her an invaluable asset to the team, fostering collaboration and innovation across all projects.

Crista holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. As Director of Special Projects, she will continue to drive excellence in project execution and support GH Phipps’ long-standing commitment to quality and innovation. With nearly 20 years of hospitality experience, Chesney previously served as the director of meetings and special events planning at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch. He also held senior sales and events positions at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain and The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas. A graduate of Northern Arizona University, Chesney is a certified meeting professional and a passionate leader who serves as the chair of the Cultural, Arts and Special Events Committee for the Town of Avon and board president for Mountain Pride, which serves the needs of the Vail Valley LGBTQIA+ community.
