Impact Commercial Adds Two New Brokers

Jessica Brejcha
Jeff Destache

Impact Commercial is pleased to welcome two new brokers to the firm, Jessica Brejcha and Jeff Destache.

Jessica Brejcha joined Impact in early 2022, and quickly made an impression on our team.  Jessica has an infectious personality that attracts people from all walks of life and is quickly building her clientele.  Jessica started her career in residential real estate in 2014 and migrated to commercial in 2018 with a different company.  Jessica will represent clients with the utmost professionalism and capabilities.

Born and raised in Littleton, Jessica attended college at Western State in Gunnison where flip-flops in the winter are common attire. Since moving back to metro Denver, Jess has settled in Parker where she is raising her family. Jessica is a member of the Northwest Douglas County Chamber/EDC and Parker Chamber of Commerce.

Jeff Destache was raised in Omaha, NE before moving to Colorado in 2014. While in Omaha and Colorado, Jeff focused on business and medicine. Jeff is a certified EMT and spent most of his career traveling to different hospitals. When he was not working in healthcare, Jeff often consulted on business structures and cashflow. Jeff has taken his experience in business to ownership too. This is where Jeff realized the lack of representation most business owners have in commercial real estate and decided to change his career and join the commercial real estate community.

When Jeff is not working, he enjoys riding his bike over 50 miles at a time. You can see him on the cherry creek trail. He also enjoys traveling and has been to the UK, Costa Rica, and all over the Caribbean. Jeff is an avid oil painter and is currently developing a book he’d like to write.

Because of Jeff’s skills in medicine and business development, Jeff is an aggressive and creative negotiator and always tries to find a win-win situation; even when that’s an out-of-the-box solution.
