Wilson & Company Appoints Andy Leifheit as Chief Operating Officer

Leifheit’s leadership will be pivotal in navigating Wilson & Company’s path toward its ambitious growth objectives. His vision, experience, and dedication to the company’s mission will be instrumental in positioning the firm for sustained success and growth far beyond the initial $250 million milestone.

Leifheit has been with Wilson & Company since 2007, has more than 27 years of experience in the engineering and architecture industry, and has demonstrated a strong ability to drive organizational growth. Leifheit has held several leadership roles at Wilson & Company. In 2018, he took on the role of rail division manager, overseeing the rail services market and UIC/Field Services Program, before stepping into his most recent position as senior vice president of private infrastructure following year one of Wilson & Company’s organizational restructuring.

Sen. Marc Snyder Appointed to CHFA’s Board of Directors

Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) has welcomed Colorado State Senator Marc Snyder to its board of directors. CHFA’s board serves as its governing body and is tasked with supporting CHFA’s mission to strengthen Colorado by investing in affordable housing and community development.

Senator Snyder, an attorney, serves constituents in Colorado’s State Senate District 12 in El Paso and Teller Counties. He was elected to the State Senate in November 2024 after serving three consecutive terms as State House Representative for Colorado’s House District 18, which also spans portions of El Paso and Teller Counties. Before his election to state office, Senator Snyder served 12 years on the Manitou Springs City Council, six of which he served as mayor.

As a state lawmaker, Senator Snyder’s work has focused on increasing affordability, promoting the success of small businesses, protecting the environment, and supporting Colorado’s economic recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. He currently serves on the Senate Finance Committee and Senate Local Government and Housing Committee and was previously a member of the House Legal Services Committee, House Business Affairs and Labor Committee, House Judiciary Committee, and chair of the House Finance Committee. In 2022, he co-sponsored SB22-146, authorizing $25 million to expand CHFA’s Middle-income Access Program to promote the development of affordable middle-income rental housing.

Sarah Treadway Joins Brinkman Construction Board of Directors

Brinkman Construction announced that Sarah Treadway, a respected leader with over two decades of experience in real estate and hospitality, has joined its board of directors. 

Currently President and Co-CEO of Stout Street Hospitality, Treadway has a strong track record of operational excellence, managing $75M in revenue across seven P&Ls and leading a team of 700 employees. She has owned and managed six hotels, navigated loan modifications during economic challenges, and maintained a 95% team retention rate through hands-on leadership during the pandemic. Her ability to balance financial success with a commitment to people makes her an excellent addition to the Brinkman Construction board.

Dan Metzger has been promoted from COO to president. In this expanded role, Metzger will oversee both the asset management and acquisitions functions while continuing to strengthen investor relationships and drive equity raises. Since joining Brinkman Real Estate as COO and Partner three years ago, Metzger has demonstrated exceptional leadership, guiding the firm’s strategic growth throughout the Intermountain West region. His nearly 25 years of industry experience—spanning capital markets, development, acquisitions, investor relations, and asset management—positions him well to lead the company’s continued success.

Stephanie Ashley – Senior VP of Operations

Stephanie Ashley has been elevated to senior vice president of operations at Brinkman Real Estate. With nearly 20 years of experience in integrated marketing, communications, and public relations across diverse industries, Ashley oversees the company’s internal operations and marketing efforts, including public relations, inbound marketing, communication planning,

branding, content development, and producing the firm’s podcast focused on multifamily investing. In addition to marketing, her responsibilities extend to leading internal functions such as human resources, IT, employee benefits, and fostering company culture. Ashley works closely with teams to create and implement systems that support business objectives and contribute to ongoing growth, ensuring operations align with the company’s strategic vision while creating an environment where people can thrive. She also plays a key role in supporting the marketing and internal operations of Brinkman’s community impact arm, OneCanopy, leveraging
strategic communications to drive initiatives that advance OneCanopy’s mission.

Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from James Madison University and a master’s degree in journalism and technical communication from Colorado State University.
