Leeds West Groups Welcomes Christine Perry as Director of Marketing

Leeds West Groups, an investment fund that acquires, owns, and manages national automotive repair franchise brands, announced Christine Perry has joined as its director of marketing.

“We are thrilled Christine has joined our team,” said Derek Wessels, CEO of LWG. “Her diverse background in marketing and extensive experience is exactly what will help our team take on new opportunities and ultimately help expand and grow the company.”

Perry brings 25 years-experience in brand marketing specializing in advertising through the use of data and market research. Most recently Perry worked as the director of marketing for LearningRX, based in Colorado Springs where she led strategic marketing initiatives for franchisees. She has also served as the director of marketing for Grease Monkey International, as a marketing project manager for TCAG, a branding company, and as the director of marketing for Western Dental Services. Perry began her career at Valassis.

“Leeds West Groups has a solid reputation in the industry for having great people and strong processes and I’m looking forward to helping the company grow through successful marketing strategies,” Perry added. “I’m honored to be a part of such an amazing team and look forward to integrating myself with operations which is critical to growing a strong brand.”

Perry earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing at California State Polytechnic University Pomona.

 

CBRE Announces Seven Promotions in Colorado

CBRE announced that seven professionals have achieved promotions in Colorado. Lee Diamond, Eric Roth and Martin Roth are promoted to executive vice president; Campbell Davis, Jared May and Jeff Wood are promoted to vice president; and Cameron Flint is promoted to senior associate.

Lee Diamond, executive vice president, is part of CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services | Occupier group in Denver. Mr. Diamond specializes in strategic consulting and lease restructuring for local, national and international corporate clients. His team is a multi-year winner of NAIOP Colorado’s Office Broker Team of the Year Award. He has been involved in more than 900 transactions, totaling over 10 million sq. ft., over his career to date. 

Eric Roth and Martin Roth, executive vice presidents, are co-leaders of CBRE’s Land Services in Denver. They specialize in the disposition and acquisition of land and development sites throughout Colorado. The pair are multi-year winners of NAIOP Colorado’s Land Broker of the Year and DMCAR’s Heavy Hitter Awards. They have produced $1.95 billion in land transactional volume over the past 20 years.

Campbell Davis, vice president, is a member of CBRE Capital Markets’ Investment Properties group in Denver. In this role, Mr. Davis specializes in helping private capital clients with the disposition of office properties located throughout the Colorado and Rocky Mountain region. Together with his partners, Mr. Davis has completed over 50 transactions totaling $672 million in sales volume over the past seven years.

Jared May, vice president, provides advisory and transaction services to corporate and local office, flex, industrial, and medical real estate occupiers in Colorado Springs. He has experience representing clients with new facility openings, relocations, consolidations, lease restructures and renewals, site selection, build-to-suit construction projects, and investment sales throughout southern Colorado. He has completed transactions totaling over 5 million sq. ft. and $200 million in sales volume. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Mr. May served as an Engineer Officer in the United States Army, deploying in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, and continues to serve in the Army Reserves.

Jeff Wood, vice president, is with CBRE’s Private Capital Investment Properties group in Denver. Mr. Wood specializes in office investment properties, in-fill redevelopment opportunities, and owner-user building sales up to and including $25 million, targeting private capital groups and investors. Alongside his business partner, Mr. Wood has transacted more than $150 million in sales volume over his career thus far.

Cameron Flint, senior associate, specializes in retail advisory and transaction services in Colorado, serving both retail brands as tenants and retail property owners as landlords. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has worked with regional, national and global brands.

 

Denver Housing Authority Hires Allison Trembly as Director of Communications and Public Affairs

Denver Housing Authority (DHA) announced it has hired Allison Trembly as the director of communications and public affairs. She has over 20 years of experience in communications, public affairs, and marketing.

“Allison has an extensive communications background that will support the Denver Housing Authority’s mission and vision,” said David Nisivoccia, chief executive officer of DHA. “We are excited to have her join our team.”

Prior to joining DHA, Allison worked for Whole Foods Market, Denver Public Schools, the Arvada Economic Development Association, and the City of Arvada.

She was honored by the Arvada Chamber of Young Professionals and received the Young Professional Leadership Award for her work in the community. She was also awarded the Rookie of the Year by the Economic Development Council of Colorado (EDCC). As an active volunteer, Trembly has worked with many local and regional organizations. She served as the Metro Denver representative on the EDCC board of directors, as well as the Bienvenidos Food Bank board of directors. Trembly participated in programs such as the Transit Alliance Academy and Project Shift and she currently serves on the Communication Council at Family Tree.

Trembly received her bachelor’s degree in American history with a certification in secondary education from Fort Lewis College. She went on to complete her master’s degree in communication management from Colorado State University. Trembly is thrilled to join the DHA Team, explaining, “It is my priority to support the vision of DHA’s communities with communication and transparency. Along with storytelling residents’ empowerment, economic opportunity, and vibrant living environments to the greater community.”
