Benchmark Commercial Adds High Performing Capital Markets Broker

Jaimee Keene, MAI, joins the growing Benchmark Commercial Real Estate team. Jaimee brings over two decades of experience in the industry including brokerage, banking, commercial real estate valuation and appraisals, and business development. Jaimee Keene focuses on the disposition and acquisition of office, medical office, industrial and mixed-use properties throughout Denver, with specific expertise within Denver’s Northwest and Boulder County submarkets.

MOA Announces Slate of New Hires

MOA ARCHITECTURE announced that five new staff members have joined its team: Erin Braunstein, Kirstin Marshall, Jordan Taylor Miller, and Vega Vashtiary.

Erin Braunstein, RA joins MOA as a senior project manager with nearly three decades of architectural experience. At MOA, she will focus on the healthcare market, leveraging her experience on major healthcare projects, such as the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center and the Children’s Hospital Colorado New Hospital. A Registered Architect, Erin is also a LEED Accredited Professional, WELL Accredited Professional, and holds an Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification.

Kirstin Marshall joins MOA as an emerging professional with three years of experience. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami and is a LEED Green Associate.

Jordan Taylor Miller joins MOA as an interior designer. A recent graduate of Colorado State University’s Interior Architecture and Design program, she also holds a degree in communications from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley.

Vega Vashtiary joins MOA as an interior designer focusing on healthcare projects. Hailing from Jakarta, Indonesia, Vega has seven years of interior design experience working on healthcare and commercial projects. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Interior Design, from the Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design.

Yandy Cheng, RA joins MOA as an architect focusing on healthcare projects. She brings seven years of experience working on major healthcare projects in Colorado, including the West Wing Expansion of the Vail Valley Medical Center. A registered architect, she holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Architecture from the University of Denver.

SVN Denver Commercial Announces New Hire

SVN | Denver Commercial announced the addition of MaryAnne Hardeman as an advisor. MaryAnne specializes in multifamily and can also assist with the acquisition and disposition of all asset classes.

“We are thrilled to add a career professional such as MaryAnne Hardeman. She has demonstrated the ability to put comprehensive marketing and sales programs together for her client base throughout her career,” said Steve Kawulok, a managing director at SVN Denver Commercial. “Her business experience and analytical abilities will be quite helpful as she transitions to a commercial real estate brokerage role.”

MaryAnne joins SVN with over 20 years in media sales. She has negotiated and sold over $100 million in media deals in the Atlanta market as well as in the Denver/Colorado Spring markets as the regional sales manager for ABC News -KRDO TV.
