BMC Hires New Senior Vice President
Stephen Orullian has joined BMC Investments as senior vice president, of portfolio management. Steve will be responsible for leading and building out the portfolio management function at BMC, along with overseeing the asset management of BMC’s Class A multifamily, commercial, and development portfolio.
Steve has nearly 20 years of experience working in portfolio management, asset management, investor relations, investments, financial planning & analysis, and finance. He has had the opportunity to manage diverse portfolios across various sectors, including multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, office, industrial, retail, and self-storage, with a combined AUM of over $30 billion. Steve has led and created teams within the U.S. and Europe, spearheading major process and technology initiatives while fostering strong collaboration across internal departments in vertically integrated platforms as well as across third-party relationships.
Prior to joining BMC, Steve worked for large institutional players in the real estate and private equity space, including Blackstone, Northwood Investors, Equity Office Properties, IndCor, and GLP, as well as at smaller entrepreneurial investment shops and family offices. He received his Master of Science in Real Estate & Construction Management from The University of Denver and his Bachelor of Science in Finance & Real Estate from Brigham Young University.
Henry Group Announces the Hiring of Daniel Allen (Development Manager) and Stacy Diamond (Property Manager)
Henry Group Real Estate and Henry Group Management announced the hiring of both Daniel Allen and Stacy Diamond as Henry Group’s needs and commitments continue to grow throughout 2024.
Daniel joins Henry Group as a development manager after previously being with Cadence Capital. With a comprehensive background in real estate development and architecture, he has demonstrated a remarkable ability to navigate the complexities of the industry, from initial conceptualization to project completion. Through strategic planning, innovative design solutions, and effective project management, Daniel has spearheaded the successful execution of various commercial developments. He has spent the last four years focusing on retail development throughout Colorado and the Western United States.
Daniel received his M.B.A from the University of Colorado – Denver and his Master of Architecture from the University of Kansas. Additionally, he is a member of the Urban Land Institute and ICSC. When he’s not looking for new development opportunities, Daniel can be found outside with his wife, son, and dogs enjoying everything Colorado has to offier.
Stacy Diamond joins the Henry Group on the management side as a property manager. Stacy has honed her skills through her tenure at esteemed national and global real estate firms such as Jones Lang LaSalle and Lincoln Property Company. Stacy possesses an extensive reservoir of expertise and hands-on experience in the field with a diverse background spanning various asset types including office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, private associations, and public community development districts.
A summa cum laude graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from West Virginia University, Stacy’s academic accomplishments are matched by her professional achievements. She holds the esteemed RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute and a Colorado Real Estate License, underscoring her dedication to excellence and proficiency in the field. In addition to property management, Stacy stays busy by planning weddings for couples all throughout Colorado.

JLL’s Denver Capital Markets Team Establishes Land Sales Group
JLL Capital Markets announced today that Chris Musselman has joined the firm as a Director in its Denver office. Musselman’s hiring establishes a dedicated land sale platform focused on ground-up development in Colorado and the greater Rocky Mountain region.

Musselman joins JLL from Lokal Homes, where he was involved in the acquisition and capitalization of more than $2 billion of multi-housing for rent and residential for-sale development opportunities throughout Colorado. He holds an MBA from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Leeds School of Business and Colorado University, Boulder.
