Helen Jones is the principal-design for HOK’s Denver studio. Colliers Denver Welcomes Nate Moyer as Senior Vice President of Multifamily Investment Sales

Colliers Denver announced the addition of Nate Moyer as senior vice president within the Multifamily Investment Sales Division. Nate joins industry leaders Craig Stack and Bill Morkes to expand the team’s reach and market share across Colorado and the greater Mountain West region.
Nate brings a wealth of experience, specializing in the disposition of multifamily assets for a wide range of institutional and middle-market clients. Since 2019, he has been directly involved in over $1.35 billion in transaction volume, representing more than 6,000 units sold and $500 million in multifamily debt originations.
Known for his integrity, detail-oriented approach, and results-driven mindset, Nate is dedicated to delivering strategic, value-maximizing outcomes for his clients through comprehensive marketing and diligent execution.
Prior to joining Colliers, Nate served as director of multifamily investment sales at Berkadia for six years, where he was part of the top-producing team in Berkadia’s Denver office and the top-producing broker for the office in 2024. He also held the role of Senior Property Manager at Four Star Realty for four years. Nate, a native of suburban Chicago, earned his BA from the University of Colorado.
