Brinkman Construction Welcomes Mark Beal as Vice President

Brinkman Construction announced the addition of Mark Beal as vice president. With extensive experience in construction and development operations, Beal brings a strong background in strategic planning, team leadership, and operational excellence that will support continued success for clients across Colorado. In his new role, Beal will support ongoing business growth while helping guide operational strategy, team development, and project execution throughout the region. He will work closely with leadership and project teams to strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities as the Denver team continues to grow.

Beal most recently served as vice president of operations at Ryan Companies, where he oversaw construction operations, led pursuit and preconstruction efforts, and supported strategic planning. Before that, he held several leadership roles within the organization, including Director of Construction and Team Leader, where he led project teams, managed client relationships, and supported workforce development initiatives.

Throughout his career, Beal has demonstrated a strong focus on process improvement, cost management, and building high-performing teams. He also played a key role in growing Ryan Companies’ operations, including helping establish and expand a new office in the Rocky Mountain region.

Wells Announces the Promotion of Ana Egloff

Wells, a leader in prefabricated building solutions across the United States, has announced the promotion of Ana Egloff to director of Sealants and Restoration–Mountain States. This leadership advancement supports continued regional growth and expanded service offerings across Wells.

Wells’ Sealants and Restoration team provides comprehensive services supporting both new construction and existing buildings, including caulking and expansion joints, waterproofing, structural strengthening, firestopping, and restoration. In the Mountain States region, Wells has been delivering these services since 2015, building a strong foundation of trusted partnerships and proven performance. Egloff will work alongside regional leadership, sales, and operations teams to expand awareness of these services while reinforcing the organization’s reputation for quality, reliability, and efficient solutions.  

Egloff joined Wells in November 2024 as a regional facades manager and has played an important role in strengthening client relationships and advancing project execution throughout the region. With more than 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry, including 12 years working with prefabricated building systems, Egloff brings extensive leadership experience spanning architecture, project management, and executive operations. Egloff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts and Architecture and a master’s degree in architecture and business administration. In her new role, she leads regional strategy, team development, and market positioning for Wells sealants and restoration services.

JLA Welcomes Joseph Sammartino as Senior Project Manager

JLA Architects announced that Joseph (Joe) Sammartino has joined the firm’s Denver office as a senior project manager. Joe brings over 25 years of experience leading complex, community-focused projects throughout the Mountain West. His extensive portfolio spans several key sectors, including multifamily, affordable housing, hospitality, and senior living.

Joe is widely recognized for his ability to navigate intricate design and construction challenges while guiding multidisciplinary teams to elevate project delivery standards. Beyond his architectural practice, Joe has a deep-seated commitment to service, having served as a Planning Commissioner for the Town of Frederick, and supporting industry groups such as Housing Colorado and the Urban Land Institute.

Vice President & Denver Office Director, Erik Jansson, had this to say about the addition of Joe: “Joe’s depth of experience and passion for affordable housing and specialty markets make him an invaluable addition to our Denver team. His leadership will enhance our project delivery and serve as a strong resource for both our clients and our staff.”

Joe holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado Denver.
