Collegiate Peaks Bank Announces Peter Geronazzo as Regional President in Colorado Springs

Collegiate Peaks Bank, Division of Glacier Bank, has announced that Peter Geronazzo is the regional president for Colorado Springs. He has been with Collegiate Peaks Bank for the past five years and has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, providing comprehensive banking solutions, including commercial lending, SBA financing, cash management and treasury services, designed to support the full financial needs of growing businesses.
Mr. Geronazzo is currently working with Toby Gannett, the lead developer for Draper Commons – Bristow House, a 185-unit affordable housing development in downtown Colorado Springs. He was also an integral part of the Bank of the San Juans transition to Collegiate Peaks Bank in 2025. Peter joins a team of experienced banking veterans, all contributing to the bank’s strategic growth and momentum, which includes the opening of a new full-service branch in Fort Collins this year.
A graduate of Colorado College and a former All‑American hockey player, Peter brings discipline, teamwork, and a competitive mindset to every client relationship. He is known for his relationship‑driven approach focused on truly understanding each client’s goals, operations, and financial strategy.
Howell Construction Welcomes Lauren Spalinger to the Team

Howell Construction announced that Lauren Spalinger has joined the company as director of accounting and finance. With more than a decade of financial leadership experience in the AEC industry, Lauren brings a proven track record and will play a key role in strengthening Howell’s operations and continued delivery of exceptional
projects.
A graduate of Messiah University, Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and brings extensive expertise in financial planning, analysis, and accounting operations. She previously served as Controller for a local general contractor, where she led financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization.
In her role as Director of Accounting and Finance, Lauren will lead the company’s finance and accounting functions, partner closely with the construction operations team, and set the strategic direction needed to scale these areas of the business in step with the company’s continued growth. With a track record of identifying process improvements to drive greater efficiency and building disciplined, high-performing teams, Lauren will help further strengthen Howell’s accounting function.

Hector Karim Gaona now serving as Hotel Manager at Denver’s Crawford Hotel

The Crawford Hotel announced that Hector Karim Gaona is now serving as hotel manager at the award-winning property located inside Denver Union Station.
Gaona is an accomplished hospitality executive with more than a decade of experience at luxury resorts across the United States, Latin America, the Caribbean and Africa. He previously served as the Area General Manager for ÀNI Private Resorts in Anguilla and the Dominican Republic and the Director of Rooms at the Ritz-Carlton Club in Aspen, Colorado. He also held leadership positions at the One&Only Le Saint Géran in Mauritius, The St. Regis Chicago and The St. Regis New York. Most recently, he served as the Managing Director for Wynterbrook, a luxury hospitality consulting firm based in Colorado for boutique and resort clients.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, Gaona earned an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School in Boston.
