Lindsey Gooch Joins CBRE’s Denver Office

CBRE announced that Lindsey Gooch has joined its Denver office as a transaction manager with the Industrial & Logistics practice. Ms. Gooch comes to CBRE from Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners, where she served as associate leasing director for eight years.

In her role as Transaction Manager, Ms. Gooch will manage and execute lease transactions, facilitate property showings, negotiate deal terms and contracts, foster client relationships, and track market data across metro Denver. Leveraging her experience on the ownership side, she will serve as a liaison between property owners, the brokerage community, and tenants. She joins the CBRE team of Daniel Close and Todd Witty. 

At Etkin Johnson, Ms. Gooch was a key member of the leasing team for the Colorado-based company’s 4 million-sq.-ft. commercial real estate portfolio, which consisted primarily of industrial/flex and office properties. She participated in over 600 lease transactions encompassing more than 8.5 million sq. ft. during her tenure. Prior to her role with Etkin Johnson, Ms. Gooch was a Broker Associate at Cassidy Turley Colorado in Denver and previously ran her own real estate office in Wyoming, specializing in property management, acquisitions and dispositions of residential, land and commercial properties. 

 

JVA, Inc. Announces New Associate

Noah Diegel

JVA, Inc. announced that Noah Diegel has been promoted to associate. Noah is the IT director in JVA’s Boulder office and has been with JVA since 2011. He has more than 20 years of experience in information technology across various industries, including advertising, pharmaceutical research, and engineering. Noah manages a growing team of IT professionals and will help lead JVA’s Administration department as a member of the Corporate Management Team.

JVA is an employee-owned structural, civil, and environmental consulting engineering firm headquartered in Boulder with offices in Fort Collins, Winter Park, Glenwood Springs, and Denver.

 

Howell Construction Adds Eric Walker, Harris Mills, and Spencer DeRoeck

Howell Construction announced the recent addition of three key members to its team.

Eric Walker
Harris Mills

Eric Walker joins the company as a field engineer. Eric brings a strong background working on high end residential projects in the Crested Butte area. His knowledge of the finishes typical of those projects will be an asset to Howell’s corporate interiors sector. Eric received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University.

Harris Mills joins Howell as an assistant project manager. Harris’ experience includes working for larger regional and national contractors on projects ranging from luxury condominiums, to K-12 education, to manufacturing. Harris has a Masters in Construction Engineering Management from the University of Alabama, and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama.

Spencer DeRoeck

Spencer DeRoeck joins Howell as a project manager, focusing on the firm’s healthcare sector projects. Spencer is a LEED Accredited Professional (v4 Building Design & Construction) and an ASHE Certified Healthcare Physical Environment Worker. His background includes work for large, national contractors on healthcare projects along the Front Range. Spencer earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
