Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors Welcomes Darrin Revious

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors announced the arrival of Darrin Revious as a senior advisor. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, he brings unparalleled office expertise, as well as a history of leadership and production. Starting in 1988, Revious worked as a Vice President at Grubb and Ellis. In 2001, he was recruited as Managing Director at Frederick Ross Company, where he was awarded Realtor of the Year in 2006

Darrin also served as the past President of the Commercial Board of Realtors DMCAB, in addition to continuing his historical reputation of being a Top Producing Broker. Again, being recruited by Shames Makovsky where employing his knowledge and skillset over the course of 9 years, he now joins Pinnacle to progress his work in the ever-changing Denver office space. ”

The Brown Palace Hotel & Spa Names Justin Budyak as Complex Director of Sales & Marketing

The Brown Palace Hotel & Spa, a legend among downtown Denver hotels since 1892, welcomed Justin Budyak as complex director of Sales & Marketing of the iconic landmark and the adjacent Holiday Inn Express Denver Downtown, part of The Brown Palace hotel complex. In this role, Budyak will be responsible for generating maximum revenue through developing and executing marketing strategies that will drive sales for this multidimensional hotel.

Budyak brings more than 13 years of hospitality, sales and marketing experience. Since beginning his career in 2006, Budyak has showcased a strong history of financial achievement while developing and managing high performing teams, having held Director of Sales & Marketing roles at Boulder Marriott and Denver Marriott South at Park Meadows. However, Budyak joins The Brown Palace Hotel & Spa most recently from Pyramid Hotel Group where he was the Area Director of Sales & Marketing and oversaw all aspects of the sales and marketing efforts for both the Renaissance Denver Hotel and Holiday Inn Denver East.

Natalie is a recent transplant from Texas and brings an award-winning portfolio as well as professional accolades to the team. Natalie’s expertise range from workplace and hospitality to academic and healthcare design. Her significant recent project include Houston’s Marathon Oil Tower and Sceptre Hospitality Resources as well as The University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School.

 

The RMH Group Congratulates Jason Beu for Passing the Professional Engineer Exam

The RMH Group (RMH) announced that RMH building controls Engineer Jason Beu recently passed the Professional Engineer (P.E.) exam in mechanical engineering and is now a licensed engineer in Colorado.

While with RMH for the past four-and-a-half years, Beu has worked on a variety of facility types including airports, laboratories, higher education buildings, data centers, central plants, recreational facilities, healthcare facilities, industrial/manufacturing plants and office buildings. Prior to joining RMH, Beu served as an automation specialist for a major building controls company. Beu earned a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Colorado State University.
