Theresa Santos Joins MEP Engineering

As the former President of C3S Engineering and with over 20 years of experience, Theresa Santos has joined MEP Engineering as a senior electrical engineer. Santos operates within MEP’s tenant improvement team, focusing on new-build and office renovations throughout Denver.

“Theresa has been an excellent addition to the MEP team,” said Roger Crawford, PE, co-founder and president of MEP. “As a highly-skilled designer, Theresa ‘wows’ our clients with her technical ability, but her warm personality ensures they return.”

Santos graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and received her Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado Denver. She specializes in tenant improvement, new-build, renovations, mixed-use, and high-rise office buildings.

 

CBRE Makes Three Senior Promotions in Assessment & Consulting Services

CBRE has promoted three senior professionals within Assessment and Consulting Services (ACS), a provider of engineering and environmental evaluations for commercial real estate assets and part of the firm’s Valuation and Advisory Services.

Sarah Feit is promoted to managing director of Agency Technical Services and leads a team of more than 100 Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac trained inspectors who perform third-party services across the United States. Based in Colorado Springs, Ms. Feit has 24 years of environmental consulting and account management experience.

Joseph Novotny is promoted to senior director of Property Condition Assessment (PCA). Mr. Novotny is responsible for conducting and reviewing PCAs provided by Agency Technical Services to facilitate commercial real estate loan and acquisition transactions.

Based in Denver, Mr. Novotny has more than 20 years of professional experience in property condition assessment, architecture, and construction. Lauren O’Connell is promoted to business services supervisor of Agency Technical Services. Based in Denver, Ms. O’Connell leads a team that provides national support for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac client care and quality assurance.
