SVN|Denver Commercial Selects New Senior Vice President

SVN | Denver Commercial, one of Colorado’s top producing real estate investment brokerage firms, announced Al Lindeman joining as a senior vice president. Lindeman is establishing a Denver based team specializing in the medical office sector. With more than 47 years of experience, Lindeman has successfully supervised or participated in $1.5 billion of real estate activity.

We have known and worked with Al within our SVN network for over 10 years and can attest to his high level of respect throughout our 200 plus office organization. Previously, Lindeman served the real estate industry as Managing Director of SVN AML Commercial and then joined SVN Chicago Commercial as Senior Vice President. With an emphasis on building long term values for clients, Al has built an array of valuable business, real estate, banking, and community relationships that benefit his clients. Since 2013, Al has served as Office Product Council Co-Chair and is a member of the National Medical Office Council.

 

Dan Pearson joins Engel & Völkers Denver as a Global Real Estate Advisor

Engel & Völkers Denver announced this week that Dan Pearson, previously the owner and employing broker at Addison & Maxwell–Real Estate Brokerage in Littleton, joins Engel & Völkers Denver as a real estate advisor under Jim Cavoto, the licensed partner of the Denver office.

Pearson is a fifth generation Coloradoan, who started out by gaining valuable experience in land acquisition and development before transitioning to managing sales at Colorado Home Realty and RE/MAX, and eventually Addison & Maxwell. In Dan Pearson, we gain a highly experienced salesman who knows Colorado as well as an excellent negotiator with a high level of emotional intelligence.

R&R Engineers – Surveyors, Inc. Adds New Controller to Team
R&R Engineers – Surveyors, Inc., a Denver-based land survey and civil engineering firm operating primarily in the Rocky Mountain Region, announced that Timothy Rees is R&R’s new controller.

Rees’ duties at R&R include:
  • Responsibility for leading the company’s financial reporting;
  • Cost accounting, budget management, A/R, A/P, and forecasting;
  • Growing the overall competence of those involved in financial reporting and analysis;
  • Effectively communicating results, trends, and needs; and
  • Working with a wide variety of internal and external clients.
“I am excited to have found a controller that is personable, accurate, can lead a department, and brings valuable ideas to the table for group decisions,” says Todd Smith, PhD, PE, LEED AP, R&R executive vice president.
Prior to joining R&R, Rees served as chief financial officer for Dependable Cleaners and Shirt Laundry where he oversaw financial, human resources, and payroll functions.

Rees attended Colorado State University where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.
