Cresa Welcomes Two Advisors to its Denver Office
Cresa has welcomed advisors Brielle Drelickand and Rob Anderson to its Denver office.
“For us, it’s all about finding the right people and with Brielle and Rob we’re confident we’ve done just that,” said Garrett Johnson, managing principal at Cresa. “As a growing firm, we’re looking for people who not only mesh well with our culture but people who bring diverse perspectives to help us better serve our clients.”
Drelick and Anderson will work with the brokerage team to represent office occupiers across the front range. As advisors, their responsibilities will include business development, market research, strategic planning, site selection, financial analysis and lease negotiation.
Drelick joins Cresa most recently from a Georgia-based brokerage firm, Perimeter Commercial Real Estate, where she gained experience as a leasing broker with a focus on office space. She received a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in management from Indiana University.
Anderson comes to Cresa from Stanford University where he was an associate director in the development office. At Stanford, he helped to set all-time fundraising records for both the young alumni and the annual fund teams. Before that, he worked on both state and federal-level campaigns in Iowa and spent years as a political consultant in Washington D.C. Rob received his B.A. in political science with a minor in history from the University of California.
Tom Davis, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, Joins G3 Architecture
G3 Architecture, Inc. welcomes Tom Davis, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, as the director of business development. Davis will work to establish new client relationships for G3 in the senior living, healthcare and aviation sectors while continuing to expand the firm’s retail and hospitality portfolio. Internally, he will provide leadership to G3’s growing interior design department and act as a mentor to his team, helping to hone the communication and problem-solving skills of young designers and architects.
Davis is a licensed architect and interior designer with more than 20 years of experience with highly reputable architecture firms in the Denver market. His strong client relationships have been built and cultivated utilizing a service delivery model that emphasizes both design quality and economic value.
Focused on exceeding client goals, Davis finds highly articulate design solutions that have earned his projects national and local design award recognition and publication in trade journals and design periodicals. Most recently, his work at Falcon Outfitters, Bowling Green State University’s Student Store, was published in College Store Magazine’s annual design showcase; and The District at West Green, Ohio University’s dining hall renovation, was recognized by Foodservice Equipment & Supplies Magazine as the 2017 Facility Design Project of the Year. Davis holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois, Chicago and received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University.
Unique Properties Inc/TCN Worldwide Names Emily Lemere as Chief Operating Officer
Unique Properties Inc./TCN Worldwide announced the promotion of Emily Lemere to the position of chief operating officer. Lemere has been with the firm since 2006. In her new position, she will work closely with the principals developing budgets, revenue management and forecasting, overseeing HR, IT, staffing, marketing and overall company operations and compliance.

Lemere received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 2002 from Western State University and her Colorado RE license in 2006.
