JLL Denver Hires Trio of Market-Leading Industrial Brokers
JLL announced the addition of Jason Addlesperger and David Lee as senior managing directors, along with Philip Lee as vice president, to the JLL Industrial & Logistics Services Group in Denver. With 60 years of combined experience and having completed approximately $3 billion in transaction value in the Denver market, the team brings a multifaceted skill set ranging from agency leasing, investment sales, land sales, and tenant representation.
Formerly employed by a leading global commercial real estate services firm, the trio consistently held the top market share in southeast Denver for over 25 years, establishing themselves as one of the region’s premier brokerage teams.
“The addition of Jason, David, and Philip to our Denver team is not only a significant step in our growth strategy, but more importantly continues our focus on growing with great people that fit our culture and who share our values of teamwork, mentorship, and giving back,” said Dan McGowan, brokerage lead for JLL Denver. “As some of the top brokers in the region, their diverse experience and impressive track record will be a huge asset to our teammates, clients, and our firm nationally. We are excited to welcome them and look forward to their contributions as we continue to raise industry standards.”
In addition to their achievements, both Addlesperger and Lee have received numerous industry awards, including NAIOP’s Transaction of the Year award, which remains the largest lease in the area over the past decade, as well as the Broker of the Year award. Their unwavering dedication to excellence has consistently earned them accolades such as the Business Journal’s Heavy Hitter Award and CoStar’s Power Broker Awards, further solidifying their reputation as industry leaders.
“We are thrilled to begin a new chapter in our careers by joining JLL Industrial & Logistics Services Group,” said Addlesperger. “After spending nearly three decades at our previous brokerage firms, we felt it was necessary to pursue this opportunity to expand our capabilities and better serve our clients both locally and nationally.”
“Our goal is to grow our focus and coverage to a broader part of the market, and JLL couldn’t be a better fit,” added Lee. “We look forward to collaborating with the JLL team, expanding market share, and continuing to serve as a valuable resource to Denver’s industrial, flex, and office owners and occupiers.”
