Junior Analyst, Calvin Andrews joins NavPoint Real Estate Group

NavPoint Real Estate Group welcomes Calvin Andrews as their newest addition to the NavPoint team.

Andrews hails from Northeastern Washington. He was raised in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains playing golf and baseball. He graduated from Hillsdale College in Michigan with a degree in Financial Management. While at Hillsdale, he was a senior analyst in the college investment club which produced a 30 percent return in a three-year period. Calvin was also the president of the Hillsdale College Chess Club in his senior year and organized a simultaneous exhibition with a chess grandmaster.

Calvin joins NavPoint Real Estate Group as a junior analyst where he will source and evaluate a variety of real estate investment opportunities for the company. He looks forward to getting out of the foothills and summiting all the mountains that Colorado has in store for him. He still enjoys playing golf and intends to bring his dog Olive on this new adventure to the central Rockies.

 

Colorado’s Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa Names Jennifer Razee Assistant Director of Club & Spa

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa Avon, Vail Valley announced this week that Jennifer Razee is now serving as assistant director of Club & Spa at the award-winning resort, which is owned and managed by East West Hospitality.

Passionate about fitness and spa management, Razee started her hospitality career with East West Hospitality more than 20 years ago. While with East West Hospitality, she held numerous leadership positions at The Westin Riverfront, the Vail Athletic Club and the Well & Being Spa in the Lionshead Marriott. She served on East West’s Corporate Mountains of Wellness Committee, coordinated employee snowshoe and mountain bike teams and served as a Westin Service Culture Champion, facilitating service training standards for all new hires.

Razee most recently served as the Director of Dryland Fitness & Spa at Gravity Haus Vail. A graduate of Pacific Lutheran University, Razee is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist who has competed in multiple triathlon world championships, including XTERRA and Ironman races. She is also a trail leader for the Vail Valley Mountain Trail Alliance’s Adopt a Trail program.

The Athletic Club at The Westin & Spa Anjali features 27,000 square feet of spa, fitness and wellness facilities, all with extraordinary views, along with access to The Westin Riverfront’s 25-meter outdoor lap saltwater pool and three infinity hot tubs. Earlier this year, The Westin Riverfront completed a $500,000 upgrade to its Athletic Club, including the addition of an extensive line of TechnoGym strength and cardio equipment and the creation of Studio M: Mikaela Shiffrin Performance Studio, a workout space inspired by Olympic Gold Medalist Mikaela Shiffrin, who trains at the facility when she is in Colorado.

The Athletic Club at The Westin offers 50+ group exercise classes offered in person each week, including strength and conditioning, yoga and Pilates.

Norris Design Hires New Marketer in Denver

Norris Design, a national planning, landscape architecture and branding firm, has announced the recent hire of Bailey Putnam as an associate in the Denver office.

Bailey is a marketing professional with more than eight years of experience in the A/E/C industry. Her work experience focuses on brand management and marketing material design. Bailey worked previously at Powers Brown Architecture where she developed skills in proposal management, lead tracking, social media management and high-level organization. She’ll continue to work on similar efforts and additional public relations tasks at Norris Design for the firm’s regional offices in Arizona, Colorado, Oklahoma and Texas.

Brandon Langiewicz, SIOR, of Hoff & Leigh, has earned the SIOR industrial and office designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®.

SIOR is the world’s premier commercial real estate organization for industrial and office professionals. Individuals who earn their SIOR designation adhere to the highest levels of accountability and ethical standards. Only the industry’s top professionals qualify for the SIOR designation, to which there are 3,600 members in 722 cities and 45 countries. SIOR represents
today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and trusted commercial real estate brokerage specialists, and these individuals are proven experts in their market and leaders in the industry.

SIOR is a Washington, DC-based international professional organization of more than 3,200 commercial real estate professionals who have earned the coveted SIOR designation.
