Telsche Jaderlund Joins White Construction Group as Environment, Health and Safety Manager

White Construction Group (WCG) has named Telsche Jäderlund environment, health and safety manager. Jäderlund brings more than 25 years of construction industry experience, with the last 10 years focused on health and safety practices at a national general contracting firm.

In her role at WCG, Jäderlund oversees organizational health and safety, creates programs, and communicates metrics to on-site managers, ensuring safe and seamless construction operations.

“We’re thrilled to add Telsche to the WCG team,” said Chris Haugen, president of White Construction Group. “We have major projects scheduled to start in the coming months and we’re looking forward to leveraging her expertise,” he added.  Jäderlund is managing safety on all projects, including some of WCG’s current work at Denver International Airport, such as the Plaza Premium Lounge and Concourse B Xcel Energy Vaults Re-life projects.

 

JM Announces Sabine Schmidt as the New Chief Financial Officer

Johns Manville (JM), a global building and specialty products manufacturer and a Berkshire Hathaway company, announced that Sabine Schmidt is the company’s new chief financial officer, effective on September 1.

“Sabine brings a breadth of financial experience at Johns Manville and in the industry to her new position,” said Bob Wamboldt, president of JM’s Insulation Systems business. “Her expertise will serve JM well as we strive to be the Employer of Choice and Supplier of Choice in the markets we serve. We are delighted Sabine will be part of our leadership team.”

Wamboldt will become JM’s president and CEO at the same time Schmidt assumes her new job. Greg Clarke, JM’s current CFO, will become president of the Insulation Systems business.

“Johns Manville is in great hands with these experienced leaders in their new roles,” said Mary Rhinehart, JM’s president and CEO. “I am confident we will continue delighting our customers, adding value and delivering positive JM Experiences that position JM well into the future.”

Rhinehart will continue as chairman of Johns Manville when the leadership changes take effect this fall.

Schmidt joined JM in 2006 as the corporate FP&A manager. She was later promoted to finance director, Engineered Products North America. Schmidt assumed her current job of director of Finance for JM’s Insulation Systems business in 2012.

In her new role, Schmidt will be responsible for all global financial functions and corporate development activities for the company.

The 14-member team includes Dave Knobler, first vice president investments, with whom they do numerous institutional deals in Texas, and Thomas Parsons, senior associate.

LeClaire joined Marcus & Millichap in 1990. He has been a top 30 and a top 10 sales professional numerous times in his career with the firm and has often been the company’s top self-storage agent. In 2016, LeClaire was named the No. 1 investment broker in Colorado by the Denver Commercial Association of Realtors and in 2017 earned the distinction of being the first real estate broker to be inducted into the National Self Storage Association’s Hall of Fame. LeClaire graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Schlosser has been with Marcus & Millichap since 2005. He is regularly one of the top 10 investment professionals in the firm’s Self-Storage Division. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Schlosser served in the Army National Guard’s 1-137th Aviation Blackhawk Battalion and while serving overseas earned multiple awards and decorations for leadership and outstanding service. He is a member of the National Self Storage Association and Colorado Self Storage Association.
