Matt Nora Joins Lee & Associates Denver
The Denver office of Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, recently announced that Matt Nora has joined its brokerage team as a broker associate.
“Matt is a great addition to our office and will primarily be assisting the senior partners. For a new agent to to be successful in brokerage we have found that mentorship is key to building that solid foundation. Matt will be working in all aspects of the business including Industrial, Office and Retail,” said Ron Webert, principal, Lee & Associates Denver. Nationally, Lee & Associates continues to grow, and the Denver office is actively seeking brokers to join its team of seasoned commercial real estate professionals.
Matt graduated from the University of Illinois in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and later went on to earn his master’s degree. After graduation, Matt received Big 4 experience while working for Deloitte’s Real Estate Practice from 2015 to 2018 as a Senior Real Estate Analyst. Most recently Matt worked as a sales rep for Apto, a commercial real estate software company.

Sarah-Joan Rotholz Joins CBRE in Boulder
CBRE announced today that Sarah-Joan Rotholz has joined its Boulder office as an associate broker. Working alongside Erik Abrahamson and Jeremy Kroner, Ms. Rotholz will represent the owners of office and industrial properties in marketing their buildings for lease. Her focus area will include the US-36 corridor, from northwest metro Denver to Boulder.
“Sarah’s previous experience immersed her in the opportunities and challenges facing commercial real estate today and helped her establish a strong network of Colorado industry-leading professionals. She is a great addition to our Boulder office and will help drive continued success for our investor clients,” said Katie Benefield, sales director for CBRE in Colorado.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Rotholz worked at Bisnow Media both in New York City and Denver. In this role she directed the sales and production of the National Healthcare series and all asset class events in Denver, Chicago and Phoenix, surpassing revenue goals year over year. She will be based in CBRE’s downtown Boulder office, working across Boulder and Broomfield Counties.

JVA, Inc. Announces New Civil Senior Project Manager in Denver
JVA, Inc., a structural, civil, and environmental consulting engineering firm headquartered in Boulder, announced that Robert Anderson, P.E. has joined the firm as an environmental senior project manager in the Boulder office.
Robert J. Anderson, P.E. has been hired by JVA, Inc. as a senior project manager. Rob will be based at the Boulder Office. He has 30 years of experience in the water and wastewater field, with a primary focus in treatment and conveyance systems. Rob has a long history working with small to medium size Colorado communities and the National Park Service. He will be managing a number of key JVA projects and assist with client development.
JVA, Inc. also announced the following promotions of leaders in their corporate management team:
John McGee P.E. was recently promoted to principal with JVA, Inc. John is located in the Fort Collins Regional Office. John’s new role as Principal is focused on the technical track for water and wastewater treatment and operations. With over 30 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment and operations, John will play a key role in working and assisting JVA staff and clients with design reviews, treatment operations, process modeling, troubleshooting, and advancement of new treatment technologies. John joined JVA in 2014.
Mandy Rasmussen, P.E., was named JVA’s Fort Collins regional office manager. In this new role Mandy will manage overall operations for the 16+ engineers and designers within the civil, structural, and environmental departments based in the JVA office at 213 Linden Street in Fort Collins. Mandy will continue as a project manager in the environmental department for water and wastewater related projects and utility network services. Mandy joined JVA in 2012.
