Small Giants Expands with Assistant Project Manager
Small Giants, LLC., a rapidly growing creative marketing agency in Phoenix and Denver, has hired Amanda Aiello as assistant project manager to support the agency’s organization and communication, as well as support Small Giants’ client accounts.
In her role, Amanda will help communicate to team members the proper deliverables to be fulfilled for each project and client, including providing maintaining the CRM database, project proposal development support and invoicing.
“As Small Giants has grown we have been very fortunate to gain the trust of existing clients on larger projects, as well as added national accounts, all of which has increased our need for the talent and experience that Amanda brings to assist in client workflow and communication,” said Founder and President of Small Giants Danielle Feroleto.

Amanda earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a concentration in communication skills and technologies at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She also graduated with two minors; one in graphic design and the other in digital studies.
Humphries Poli Architects Announces Two New Project Managers
Humphries Poli Architects announced the exciting addition of two new project management staff to the firm: Michael Simonds, AIA/NCARB, and Ashley Boyer, LEED AP BD+C.
Boyer is a design professional with more than 14 years of experience in educational, mixed-use, retail, commercial, high-rise, healthcare and tenant finish. Her extensive knowledge of learning philosophies and program design for educational environments and will help lead HPA’s school and library work. Boyer has a B.A. in Management and Human Resources from Ottawa University in Phoenix, Ariz.
Simonds is a seasoned project architect with more than 20 years of experience in fast-paced commercial and retail projects. He will be utilizing his skills to serve HPA’s work with the US Postal Service. Simonds earned a Masters in Architecture from the University of Oklahoma – Tulsa and a Bachelors in Architecture from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.

Earning a certificate in change management from ProSci, Hart leads clients through a proven process designed to help their employees transition into a new physical environment. The process, tailored to each client, includes establishing a clear and consistent communications plan to keep stakeholders well-informed, using tools that encourage buy-in, regularly solicit feedback during the design process, and more.

Leo Nickel Joined D.L. Adams Associates as Director of Business Development
Leo Nickel has joined D.L. Adams Associates. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer/Political Science from the University of Hawaii. Leo brings several years of cross-industry technical and sales experience. He is looking forward to honoring existing client relationships and establishing new ones.
