Wakefield Denver Land Team Hires Joey Dybevik
Cushman & Wakefield welcomed brokerage professional Joey Dybevik who joins the firm’s Denver Land Team as a senior associate. He will be working with the team of Mike Kboudi, Jim Capecelatro, Wade Fletcher and Sarah Wiswall. Joey comes to Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE Minneapolis where he was a broker for one of the top industrial teams in the Twin Cities market.
“We have been searching for the right profile to fill out our team for over a year; when Joey interviewed with us we knew that his personality, his aptitude, and his technical skills were going to make our team even better. Joey is the perfect addition to the Cushman and Wakefield Land Team,” said Executive Director, Mike Kboudi.

Joey graduated from the University of Minnesota where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with minors in Spanish Studies and Management. In his spare time, Joey likes to travel to see his friends and family who are scattered throughout the United States.
Hord Coplan Macht Adds New Employees and Expands Studios in Denver
Hord Coplan Macht announced this week that it has added 12 employees in the Denver office, including Jason Bentley, AIA, and Liz Petersen, AIA, as associates, and expanded several studios.
Hord Coplan Macht has hired Jason Bentley, AIA, and Liz Petersen, AIA, as associates. Sam Palmer-Dwore, AIA, Lisa Kramer, AIA, and Caitlin Witte, AIA, have all joined the firm’s senior living studio as architects. Julianna Pochon, AIA, and Linsey Wood, AIA, have also joined as architects in the healthcare and housing/mixed-use studios. Dori Johnson has been added as marketing manager, Seton Lowe, Ryan Detroit and Drew Pennell have joined as designers, and Erika Beaton has been added as an administrative assistant.

Bentley joins HCM as an associate and project manager specializing in student housing and will be part of the firm’s higher education studio.
Petersen joins the firm as an associate and project manager specializing in senior living. She brings over 30 years of architectural design experience to HCM’s senior living team.
Industry Veteran Anthony M. Graziano Named CEO of Integra Realty Resources
Integra Realty Resources (IRR), which has an office in Wheat Ridge, CO, announced industry veteran Anthony M. Graziano, MAI, CRE has been appointed chief executive officer (CEO) of the company. In this capacity, Graziano will oversee strategic growth and diversification across IRR’s more than 53 valuation and advisory offices covering 60 markets throughout the United States, and the Caribbean.
For the past three years, Graziano served as chairman of the board of Integra, during which time he successfully executed IRR’s growth strategy. During his tenure, IRR added more than 14 new local offices nationwide, launched new specialty practice groups, including Integra Litigation Practice Group and Integra-Hotels, as well as expanding Integra Healthcare & Senior Housing’s practice group team.
“Tony’s promotion has been a natural progression,” said Michael C. Lady, MAI, SRA, ASA, CCIM, FRICS, vice chairman of IRR and senior managing director of IRR’s Indianapolis office. “He grew up in the business working alongside his father, another highly-respected industry veteran and entrepreneur. In addition to Graziano’s business management and board leadership, he brings deep experience across a wide array of complex real estate issues related to estate and condemnation matters, title defects, environmental contamination/damages, air rights, partial and fractional interests, contract disputes, and mediation/arbitration disputes.
Prior to his retention as CEO, Graziano had specialized in high-stakes litigation, and is a qualified expert in the Federal Bankruptcy Court, US Federal District Court. and various State and County Circuit and Superior Courts in Florida and New Jersey. Mr. Graziano earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Land Development and Planning, from the University of Miami’s School of Architecture.
