McWhinney Names New Vice President of Marketing and Communications
McWhinney, a national real estate investment, development and management firm with expertise in commercial, multifamily, hospitality, residential and mixed-use assets, has expanded its leadership team by naming Adrienne De Vore vice president of marketing and communications.
In her new role, De Vore will lead the marketing and communications team by providing strategic direction and leadership for corporate and its business units to enhance McWhinney’s brand presence and visibility in the real estate development industry. As a member of the leadership team, she will oversee the execution of marketing and communications initiatives across multiple channels to support corporate and investment-level objectives while strengthening McWhinney’s position to create great places for people to live, work and thrive.
Prior to joining McWhinney, De Vore founded and ran Step Up Hospitality, which provided chief marketing officer services for hotels, short-term vacation rentals and the real estate industry for clients such as Hyatt Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Ashford Hospitality, Lyric and Frontdesk. Prior to that, De Vore served as director of marketing and public relations for Hyatt Hotels and senior marketing manager for Macerich in Los Angeles.

DCPS Grows Business Development Team with the Addition of Renea Fetrow
Denver Commercial Property Services (DCPS), a leading provider of integrated commercial property services based in Colorado, announced the appointment of Renae Fetrow as the company’s newest relationship manager. With this addition, the DCPS Business Development team has doubled in the last year to support the company’s growth and to better service customers.

Prior to becoming a Relationship Manager to DCPS, Renae worked as a landscape and irrigation estimator for a California-based company and spent two years with the DCPS Landscaping Division where she served as the scheduling and routing supervisor. Her experience in overseeing complex scheduling operations and coordinating resources made her instrumental in ensuring efficient service delivery to clients. Renae’s dedication to the customer experience set her apart in her role, earning her the respect of colleagues and clients alike. Her passion for helping others and her ability to foster meaningful relationships will be instrumental in delivering top-notch customer service.
