Norris Design Promotes Team Member in Denver

Norris Design, a national planning, landscape architecture and branding firm, has announced the promotion of Chris Rink, PLA, LEED® AP to Associate in their Denver office.

Chris is a registered landscape architect with nearly 25 years of experience in high-end and residential design-build projects. Majorly focused on construction administration, Chris executes keen attention to detail while on-site. His recent projects include the mixed-use development Block 6 at Boulevard One, Montaine Family Amenity Center and Sunbelt, a master-planned community in Aurora and Centennial.

Tributary Real Estate, a fully integrated commercial real estate firm based in Colorado, recently announced the expansion of its brokerage team with the hire of Bart Allen, who will serve as a broker associate for the firm.

Allen offers more than 4 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Tributary, he served in transaction and analyst roles at both JLL and CBRE. He also gained experience in capital sourcing and analytics as part of the team at DePaul Real Estate Advisors, where he was responsible for performing cash flow analyses and underwriting transactions for acquisitions and dispositions of new property.

“My passion is creating impact on the local level alongside a growing team of talented professionals that share my values,” Allen said. “Tributary’s ‘client above self’ approach to real estate strongly resonates with my drive to help clients succeed. With a passion for philanthropy and community building, Bart is a board member for the Society of Orphaned Armenian Relief (SOAR), a non-profit organization dedicated to providing humanitarian relief to orphaned Armenians. He has served as a buddy mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2019 and is a member of both the Denver Rescue Mission and Mile High Young Professionals.

Bart received a master’s degree in real estate and the built environment from The University of Denver and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Arizona.

Molly Gallagher Named Spa Manager at Vail Valley’s Spa Anjali at The Westin Riverfront

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa Avon, Vail Valley announced that Molly Gallagher is now serving as spa manager at the award-winning Spa Anjali.

Gallagher has been a part of the Spa Anjali team since 2009, starting as a massage therapist before being promoted to lead massage therapist and then spa supervisor. She has lived in the Vail Valley for more than 25 years and previously worked at Beaver Creek’s Allegria Spa and Vail’s Cascade Club and Spa. A graduate of New York’s Hofstra University, Gallagher is also licensed through the 1,000-hour program at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. She is passionate about volunteering and has worked with the Education Foundation of Eagle County for more than a decade, currently serving as a trustee on the Board of Directors.
