Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors announced the arrival of Ian Elfner as a senior advisor. Ian comes to Pinnacle from NavPoint Real Estate Group where he spent the past 5+ years. He brings forth an extensive skill set having been in the commercial real estate industry for 20+ years which allows him to lead his clients while delivering best in class brokerage services and results. Ian focuses primarily on retail, office, mixed-use, and land properties throughout the State of Colorado. He takes pride in guiding his clients to commercial real estate wins through investments, acquisitions, sales, leasing, and new development projects. Going forward, Ian will continue to put an emphasis on investment sales and focus on growing this part of his business.

John Schmid Joins Mag Mile Capital in Denver
Chicago-based Mag Mile Capital has hired John Schmid as SVP of originations in the firm’s new Denver office. Schmid joins Mag Mile Capital from Denver-based Basis Investment Group.
“John brings a wealth of knowledge and the ability to quickly analyze and convert a deal. Schmid brings more than 10 years of loan originations experience. His recent assignments included a $28 million Denver office bridge loan, numerous Freddie Mac purchase/refinances, a Utah apartment bridge portfolio, and an office preferred equity placement. Schmid previously served at Hunt Real Estate Capital, Marcus & Millichap Capital Markets and Integra Realty Resources.
Atlas Real Estate Expands Team With New Hires in Colorado
Atlas Real Estate, a full-service real estate company specializing in investment brokerage, property management and institutional acquisition, has added two new hires to its Colorado team.
The Atlas team welcomes Kristina Harding and Jose Martinez. Harding will be joining the Fort Collins office and Martinez will be joining the Colorado Springs team.
In addition to recent hires, Atlas has promoted four standout employees. Rebecca Slaughter, regional manager, will now be overseeing the property management team in both Colorado Springs and Phoenix. Michael Bennett, regional manager, has transitioned to Atlas’s Phoenix location to lead and expand the brokerage team. Jacob Mueller, regional manager, will lead the Colorado Springs brokerage team, continuing its growth trajectory. Additionally, Erika Ojeda-Louvier has transitioned from the team’s resident resource manager to the brokerage team where she will focus on helping tenants become first-time
home buyers.
