One River North welcomes Madeline Haslett as Community Director

One River North, a new luxury high-rise apartment building in downtown Denver’s RiNo Arts District with an iconic 10-story landscaped canyon carved into the building’s 16-story façade, welcomed Madeline Haslett as the property’s community director. Madeline is a member of the Kairoi Residential team, the management company for One River North.

Madeline will be responsible for providing residents with a dynamic and unique lifestyle experience at One River North through creative partnerships with local establishments and thoughtful functions.

“A fantastic and fun lifestyle experience will await those who make the decision to live at One River North. We are looking forward to making this community unlike any other in Denver,” said Madeline, an experienced community director who specializes in luxury, Class A multifamily communities. “In addition to delivering a vibrant place to live, my goal is to provide a true home and sense of comfort within One River North. I look forward to blending my operational knowledge and passion for customer service to open and manage the most iconic building in the city.”

Plans are currently underway to host pop-up events at various locations in RiNo where prospective residents can learn more about the exciting plans for the community, see floorplans and renderings, and hear about the amenities and services available to residents.

She began her career in customer service and leadership with Nordstrom and transitioned into the multifamily industry five years ago working as a leasing agent and then into the role of Community Director based on her customer relations skills and expertise as an event planner.

Located at 40th and Blake Streets in the River North Arts District (RiNo), One River North will begin pre-leasing in October and welcoming residents in early 2024.

CBRE Welcomes Capital Market Specialists Jason Ortiz and Tyler Swenson in Fort Collins

CBRE announced that Jason Ortiz and Tyler Swenson have joined the firm’s Fort Collins office as vice presidents with CBRE Capital Markets. Mr. Ortiz and Mr. Swenson specialize in assisting private capital and individual property owners with the acquisition and disposition of single and multi-tenant properties throughout the Fort Collins area, with an emphasis on 1031 exchanges.

Mr. Ortiz brings 18 years of experience in commercial real estate to CBRE. Most recently, he was a vice president at Cornerstone Real Estate Investment Advisors, LLC, where he focused primarily on advising companies and individual owners with complex 1031-exchange investments in the greater mountain west area. Earlier, he was an investment associate at Marcus & Millichap.

Mr. Swenson comes to CBRE after more than two decades as an executive-level principal of numerous early-stage companies and as an investor and developer of various commercial real estate projects. His ventures include founding the fastest-growing regional internet service provider in Utah and co-founding Town & Country Bank, a de novo bank with over $128 million in deposits prior to its acquisition.

HDA Architects Enhances Growth with Elevated Leadership Promotions

HDA Architects, one of the nation’s leading architectural, interiors and master planning firms, enhanced its leadership team with the recent promotion of Angela Feddersen, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C, to senior principal – Denver. As an elevated Principal of the firm, Feddersen joins Jack Holleran, president of HDA, in spearheading the continued growth and expansion of the firm throughout the U.S. and into new markets.

Feddersen was promoted from principal to senior principal – Denver. Feddersen is active in the Denver community, including the Denver Downtown Partnership, United States Green Building Council, NAIOP and Urban Land Institute.

The new and elevated principals are each responsible for growing specific market sectors for the firm in which they have extensive experience. All principals will work closely with Jack Holleran on HDA’s strategic planning, business development and organizational growth.

Norris Design Hires New Team Member in Denver

Norris Design, a national planning, landscape architecture and branding firm, has announced the hire of Victoria Sarkisian as an associate in its Denver office.

Victoria joins Norris Design as a brand designer with more than seven years of experience and a passion for creating identity for the built environment. She draws on her appreciation for community, environmental sustainability and landscape as inspiration for her work. Since joining Norris Design, she has worked on branding initiatives for hotels and master planned communities across Colorado, Utah and Montana. She is currently helping shape the brand identity for Hotel Emberly in Park City, Utah.
