Sage Hospitality Group Promotes Renee Wriedt to Serve as Area Director of Sales & Marketing
Sage Hospitality Group announced that Renee Wriedt is now serving as area director of sales & marketing overseeing The Crawford Hotel, Denver Union Station and The Oxford Hotel.
Wriedt spent the last five years as the director of sales & marketing at the Embassy Suites Denver Downtown Convention Center, another property managed by Sage Hospitality. A graduate of the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, Wriedt previously held sales leadership positions at the Denver Airport Marriott at Gateway Park, the Hilton Garden Inn Denver South and The Curtis – a Doubletree by Hilton.

The landmark Denver Union Station re-opened in July 2014 after a $54 million renovation and is home to an eclectic array of Colorado-based restaurants, bars and shops, including the Cooper Lounge, Mercantile Dining & Provision and a Tattered Cover bookstore. The award-winning Crawford Hotel features 112 stately guest rooms, including Loft Rooms offering a modern take on the historic train station’s former unfinished attic space featuring exposed brick and massive wood beams. The Crawford features 600+ pieces of Western art, 5,000 square feet of event space, complimentary Tesla service and more.
Originally opened in 1891, The Oxford Hotel features 80 luxurious guest rooms and 10,000 square feet of elegant event space, along with the Urban Farmer Denver steakhouseand the Cruise Room, Denver’s quintessential Art Deco martini bar. The Oxford was recently named the #1 hotel in Denver by Travel + Leisure Magazine.
