Nick File Joins Kairoi Residential as Senior Development Analyst
Kairoi Residential—a premier, vertically integrated, multifamily investment, development and property management company, is pleased to welcome Nick File to the company as senior development analyst. He will be working closely with the vice president and senior vice president of development in the pursuit of new development opportunities. Some of his responsibilities include market research and study, interactions with brokers, schedule oversight, financial underwriting, and more.
Nick attended the University of Texas at Austin, studying economics and real estate finance. He graduated in 2018 and worked for Amherst, a single-family acquisitions firm based in Austin, TX as a member of the asset management team.
Tryba Architects Names Tommy Matthews Associate Principal
Tryba Architects recently announced Tommy Matthews, environmental graphic designer, as associate principal. Tommy joined the firm in 2013 and leads the Branding and Graphic Design studio at Tryba.
“Tommy’s work at Tryba has transformed our project presentation and delivery methods, creating an exemplary level of clarity and elegance in our firm’s graphic communication. We are thrilled to promote Tommy as associate principal with our firm,” shared David Tryba, FAIA, founding principal.
Tommy develops and implements comprehensive graphic design programs for interpretive exhibits, wayfinding, branding and communication. He also leads the design and strategy of our firm’s marketing collateral and initiatives. He has been instrumental in producing comprehensive branding and marketing strategies for significant projects including Fox Park, Denver Rock Drill and the Fitzsimons Innovation Campus.
