Howell Construction Promotes Jeff Engemoen to Project Manager and Dalton Klepper to Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager

Howell Construction announced the promotions of Jeff Engemoen to project manager and Dalton Klepper to project manager/assistant project manager. These advancements highlight their exceptional contributions and commitment to achieving successful project outcomes.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University. Over his 11 years with Howell Construction, he has established strong relationships with key clients such as Denver Health & Hospital Authority and UCHealth. Jeff consistently upholds our brand promise of Always Great Performance. With extensive experience in managing projects within occupied environments, he is adept at minimizing disruptions to daily operations. As Project Manager, Jeff will be responsible for overseeing projects from execution through to successful completion.

Dalton graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in construction management. Dalton takes pride in his ability to develop and maintain relationships will all team members and finds solutions to unforeseen challenges. His passion and dedication to meeting goals has made him a vital part of our team. As project manager/assistant project manager, he will assist project teams in project planning and strategy, quality assurance, budgets, and team coordination.

Savills Announces Two Key Hires in Denver

Savills announced the addition of Pete Palumbo and Matt Burton to its Denver office. Palumbo, a 25-year industry veteran, will serve as senior director of project management, while Burton will join as managing director with a focus on the industrial sector.

Pete and Matt each bring a diverse set of skills to Savills and will blend seamlessly with our teams to further enhance the strategic guidance and best-in-class services we offer to our clients and prospects,” said Savills Executive Managing Director and Co-Market Lead Greg Bante.

Palumbo has worked across the real estate, construction, and architecture sectors and his diverse skillset encompasses all aspects of project management. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle of projects that contribute to business development and optimal operational processes for local, regional, and national clients. He joins the firm from Charter Communications, where he was responsible for the strategic direction of all real estate related activities for the firm. He previously held various leadership, consulting, and project management positions with Comcast Cable, JLL, and WorthGroup.

Burton joins Savills from Ryder Systems, Inc. where he was associate real estate portfolio manager and oversaw transactions for a large-scale portfolio. Previously, he held the role as senior vice president of industrial services at Cresa where he spent eight years representing occupiers in Denver and throughout the country. At Savills he will specialize on advising local and national accounts on industrial real estate strategy.
