OLC Adds New Hire Ashley Sayre to its Denver Office

OLC (Ohlson Lavoie Corporation) announced the addition of a new team member in its Denver office. Ashley Sayre will fill the role of administrative marketing assistant, responsible for supporting the efforts of OLC’s marketing team.

Ashley is a Colorado native and has 15+ years of experience in administration and marketing. Her experience ranges from real estate to food service and architecture.

 

Norris Design Hires Associate in Denver

Norris Design, a national planning, landscape architecture and branding firm, has announced the recent hire of Sarah Cameron as an associate in its Denver office.

Sarah is an accounts receivable specialist with more than 15 years of experience in accounting. Her work experience focuses on invoicing, time and expense tracking and daily account reconciliation of financial data. Sarah worked previously at Mountain Aviation where she developed skills in the management of sales and operations accounting reports, daily transactions and monthly billing.

 

Continuum Partners Names Asher Werthan Chief Financial Officer

Continuum Partners LLC, a Denver-based real estate developer specializing in building urban, mixed-use projects, recently announced that is has appointed Asher Werthan as its chief financial officer. In his new role, Werthan will be responsible for directing the overall financial strategy of Continuum Partners and its affiliates.

“We are thrilled to welcome Asher to the Continuum team,” said Mark Falcone, founder and CEO of Continuum Partners. “His depth of experience in real estate finance and investment will be invaluable to us as we look to grow our platform and build upon our twenty-five-year history of community-oriented development.”

Prior to joining Continuum Partners, Werthan was managing partner of Estes Capital, a commercial real estate investment advisory firm based in Denver that seeks value-add and opportunistic real estate investments on behalf of family office and high net worth investors.

Prior to Estes Capital, Werthan spent nearly twelve years at Platinum Equity, an operations-focused private equity firm with approximately $36 billion of assets under management and a global, multi-industry portfolio. During his tenure at Platinum, Werthan co-led over $450 million of value-add hospitality investments and oversaw the formation of Platinum’s hospitality operating subsidiary. Werthan also co-led Platinum’s co-sponsored real estate fund initiative, designed to match Platinum’s institutional fund raise capabilities and asset management infrastructure with vertically integrated real estate investors and operators.

Werthan first worked with Continuum Partners while at Platinum Equity, where he led the acquisition of a mixed-use Qualified Opportunity Zone project developed by Continuum. Werthan continued to work with Continuum on this project and others during his tenure at Estes Capital.

“I have worked closely with Continuum for several years and have developed great admiration for the company and its people. When the opportunity arose to join the team, it felt like a natural fit,” said Asher Werthan. “I look forward to collaborating with my new colleagues as Continuum expands its portfolio of impactful projects in my home city of Denver and around the country.”

Werthan serves on the Board of Trustees of Minds Matter Colorado, an education and mentoring organization serving high-potential students from disadvantaged backgrounds. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.

Will leads the WhitCap Group, which specializes in optimizing multifamily property-portfolio returns though their services in Dynamic Portfolio Rebalancing and CMBS Clean-up Calls & Loan Sales, for institutional and corporate clients.

Prior to joining SVN, Will started his career in multifamily property management and turnaround consultancy. Will attained a MBA degree and worked on Wall Street to work with Lehman Brothers. He then created new product brokerage units for; ICAP, Cantor Fitzgerald, and Walker & Dunlop in New York City, focusing on institutional sales and trading of fixed-income structured products, CMBS securities and loan sales. Will has completed over $10 billion in transactions with institutional clients
though his career.

After 25 years in NYC, Will moved to Denver in 2018. Although based in Denver, Will leverages all 200+ SVN offices across the US to meet our institutional clients (Portfolio) needs to optimize returns on a National, State or Local level.
