DCPS Hires Ed Watson to Run Parking Lot and Landscaping Divisions

Ed will focus on elevating and optimizing snow, sweeping, and landscape services for the company.

Relativity Architects Taps Natalie Lange to Manage Colorado Office
Relativity Architects recently hired Natalie Lange to manage Mountain States projects from its new office in Colorado Springs. Previously, she served as a job captain and project manager at architecture firms in Arizona and Georgia, specializing in commercial and multifamily projects. Lange earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Kennesaw State University (Marietta, GA) and has been in the profession for eight years.
Based in Los Angeles, Relativity Architects is an award-winning firm that specializes in hospitality, affordable housing, and studio/media production facilities. It also has a satellite office in Spain.
Office Experts Added to JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory Platform
JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory platform announced today that it has hired Tom Jeffries as an executive director in Denver. Jeffries will focus on office and mixed-use value and risk advisory assignments in Denver as part of the group’s U.S. office sector team led by Senior Managing Director Adam Dembowitz.

Jeffries has more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate spanning a variety of underwriting, mortgage banking, consulting and valuation services. He spent over six years managing the Rocky Mountain region for Duff & Phelps Real Estate Advisory group servicing major institutional clients. Jeffries is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute, an accredited senior appraiser for the American Society of Appraisers and is active in the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF). He holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from the University of Colorado at Denver.
