KEPHART announced the promotion of three project managers to associate principals. This promotion recognizes the tremendous value that each of these individuals brings to KEPHART.

Cici Strabbing

Since joining the firm as a Land Planner in 2015, Jeff has played an integral role in the entitlement, design, and vision work at KEPHART from site-specific design to larger master planning endeavors. From conducting zoning reviews and site feasibility studies, to managing large project teams including stakeholders and city officials, Jeff is motivated by a passion to improve the built environment.

Jocelyn Smith

Jocelyn has been a part of the KEPHART team for six years and since becoming a Project Manager in 2021, she has led the development of several notable multifamily communities across the country and finds fulfilment in designing affordable housing. Jocelyn enjoys using her architectural skills to create comfortable and safe spaces for people to call home.

Cici Strabbing

Since joining the KEPHART team as an intern in 2008, Cici has been promoted numerous times. She has built trusted client relationships and has extensive experience designing multifamily communities, specializing in podiums and wraps. Cici has a passion for mentoring and training her teammates and her optimism and creative energy continue to add value to KEPHART’s culture. 

Flintco Announces Promotion in Denver

Charlie Brackman

Flintco announced that Charlie Brackman has been promoted to director of project development for the Southwest Region. In this expanded role, Brackman will continue to lead business development initiatives and strengthen strategic partnerships across the region.

Throughout his tenure, Brackman has demonstrated exceptional ability to cultivate valuable industry relationships and secure key projects that have contributed significantly to the company’s growth. His strategic approach to business acquisition and deep understanding of the regional marketplace has been instrumental in Flintco’s success.

Superintendent Bryan Eichorst joined the Flintco team with 14 years of construction experience. Bryan’s expertise spans advanced industries, healthcare, education, and aviation sectors, including work on high-profile projects such as the Denver International Airport West Terminal Expansion. Known for his commitment to green building and lean construction, Bryan approaches each project with a focus on sustainability and efficiency. His dedication to safe, environmentally conscious project management proves invaluable when tackling complex construction challenges. Bryan’s wealth of knowledge and fresh perspective on lean practices and sustainable construction methods will significantly enhance Flintco’s operations and project outcomes.

Limelight Denver Appoints Kim Corrigan as General Manager

Limelight Denver, the first urban hotel concept from Aspen Hospitality — a division of Aspen One — announced the appointment of Kim Corrigan as general manager. Corrigan brings more than three decades of experience in hotel management, hotel rebranding, guest services, team development, and revenue generation to Limelight Denver. 

“Kim’s deep knowledge of the Denver market, combined with her extensive hospitality experience, makes her an invaluable addition to our team,” said Jeff Toscano, CEO Aspen Hospitality. “With her passion for the industry, sense of community, and proven track record with programming activation, we are confident that she will lead the team in continuing to elevate the Limelight experience in Denver.” 

Corrigan joins Limelight Denver from Sage Hospitality where she was most recently vice president of operations. Previous roles with Sage Hospitality included serving as general manager of The Halcyon Hotel in Denver, The Blackstone in Chicago and The Curtis Hotel in Denver. Other previous positions include general manager for The Gwen in Chicago, general manager at Windsor Capital Group, and director of marketing and operations at Starwood Vacation Ownership.

Corrigan is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and has served on several Boards including the Chicago Loop Alliance and Wabash Arts Corridor Advisory Board in Chicago, the Colorado Hotel & Lodging Association and 14th Street General Improvement District in Denver and currently serves on the Cherry Arts and Visit Denver boards as well as acts as a Mentor in the University of Denver’s LEAD Mentorship program and volunteers for several charitable organizations.

Limelight Denver began the next chapter of Aspen Hospitality’s growth last year as the first urban location for the brand. The property joined the existing Limelight hotels in Aspen and Snowmass, Colorado and in Ketchum, Idaho. Two new Limelight properties are in development including Limelight Boulder in Colorado and Limelight Mammoth in California – both anticipated to open in 2025. 

Located in the heart of the city, Limelight Denver combines the elevated mountain charm of the existing properties with the sophistication of the Mile High City. The hotel features 200 guest rooms, 14,000 square feet of naturally lit and architecturally unique meeting space, and its newly opened Ajax Downtown restaurant.
