Jennifer Baltus Joins Drawbridge Realty in Denver
Drawbridge Realty, a national real estate investment company based in San Francisco, has hired Jennifer Baltus as the company’s new director of Property Management and Wendy Will as senior advisor, Capital Markets.
Ms. Baltus is based in Drawbridge’s Denver market where she is responsible for the oversight of property management operations across Drawbridge’s growing nationwide portfolio totaling over five million square feet across 11 major U.S. markets. In her role, Ms. Baltus will enhance and implement Drawbridge’s property management strategy and best practices for assets and local market sub-portfolios.
