In this new role, she will be responsible for structuring, visioning, entitling, and delivering transformational mixed-use projects. She has held senior leadership positions at Lendlease in Denver, New York and Los Angeles.

Elaine Philis recently joined McWhinney as senior vice president of capital markets. Philis will head equity capital raising and oversee investor relations for McWhinney. She previously held capital raising roles with firms including Broadshore Capital Partners, Lend Lease, Westbrook and Tishman Speyer.

“Maintaining a strong senior leadership team is an asset for our organization and project portfolio,” said Ray Pittman, president and CEO at McWhinney. “The combined steady leadership, expertise and strong track record of these new associates will play an integral role in steering McWhinney’s continued growth.”
