ARA Newmark Adds Associate Director, Marcus Griffin to Private Client Team
ARA, A Newmark Company (ARA Newmark) expands the Denver private client multifamily team with the addition of Associate Director Marcus Griffin, who’s extensive multifamily brokerage and tier-1 market experience will compliment the ARA Newmark private client platform. As an associate director, Mr. Griffin’s established presence in Colorado paired with his client-focused model will provide property owners with best-in- class brokerage service, market information and property valuations.
Mr. Griffin, a Denver native who began his real estate career in Colorado and worked in San Francisco for the last six years, will team up directly with Director Robert Bratley, focusing on the Central Denver, Aurora and Glendale markets. The ARA Newmark private client team is made up of Executive Managing Director Justin Hunt, Senior Managing Director Andy Hellman, and Directors Spencer Bradley and Robert Bratley, all of whom specialize in small to mid-sized multifamily assets in different metro Denver regions. provides clients with an unmatched boutique level of service.

Mr. Griffin has spent his fifteen-year career in the real estate industry working in all areas from property management to development to multifamily brokerage. He has brokered more than $115 million in apartment and mixed-use transactions in the past four years.

Jeff Brandon joined NavPoint Real Estate Group in 2017 with extensive experience working with local and international clients.
Coming to NavPoint after working with Colliers and CBRE for the past 10+ years where Jeff completed more than 500 transactions and was an integral part of the sales and leasing teams primarily focused on office and industrial properties.
Jeff has listed more than 2,000,000 square feet and strategically analyzes his clients’ transactions in a client centric manner that is based on trust, knowledge, experience and respect. He also works with Tenants and Buyers and ensures excellent customer service representing clients best interests in every transaction.
Jeff graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Marketing. He enjoys spending time with his wife Heather, daughter Elise, son Patric and golden retriever Huck. Jeff is also passionate about his hobbies mountain biking, road biking, running, BBQ and playing banjo.
BurkettEUA Continues Growth With End Of Summer Addition
BurkettEUA welcomes Ryan Wallace as senior project manager, bringing years of experience on projects across Denver and a specialized passion for sustainable design and the latest in design technologies.
Ryan joins EUA after 13 years at Humphries Poli Architects (HPA) where he held the titles of partner, principal, project manager and project architect. Leading initiatives in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and sustainable design at HPA, Ryan is LEED certified and has been instrumental in the design of numerous sustainable, LEED certified projects.
“Ryan brings notable experience to our team, and his strong leadership and architectural skills will add value to our clients and staff,” said BurkettEUA Studio Director Rick Burkett. “Since joining EUA, BurkettEUA’s focus is evolving and Ryan’s background in ground-up architecture is a great fit with our expanding market strategy.”
Building spaces that cater to both the client and the community is an important factor of design for Ryan. His experience within the public sector has driven his passion of working directly with the community, putting an emphasis on their needs and making sure they understand the influence of the project.
Ryan is a graduate from the University of Colorado – Boulder, retaining a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design with an emphasis on architecture, and acquiring his Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado – Denver.

Ben Bridgewater Promoted to D.L. Adams Associates Vice President
Ben Bridgewater has recently been named vice president of D.L. Adams Associates (DLAA), and will serve as an associate principal of the firm.
Ben joined the company in 2013, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the audio-video (AV) field to DLAA. He has worked as a contractor, a facility operator, A1 audio engineer, and a system designer. He uses his operational experience to inform and influence his designs to provide high performing systems that are easy to operate and meet the technical needs of each space. He is well versed in audio and video systems design, as well as architectural acoustics.
Ben received a Master’s Degree in Architecture with an emphasis on Architectural Acoustics from the University of Kansas. His master’s thesis received a Newman Medal for Excellence in the study of architectural acoustics. Ben is active in the Acoustical Society of America and has presented papers on topics ranging from small room acoustics to loudspeaker aesthetics and auralizations.
