Colorado’s largest Design-Build-Maintain Mechanical Contractor, MTech Mechanical, is expanding operations with a new satellite office located in Loveland, adjacent to the Northern Colorado Regional Airport. Strategically positioned in an area where MTech has been historically active, the new location will allow MTech to have a strong and visible presence in northern Colorado to allow expansion of their design-build-maintain services.
“MTech has been working in the northern region of Colorado for over 19 years and the area continues to exhibit strong signs of future growth,” said Marco Capitelli, MTech Mechanical president. “This office will allow us to better serve our clients and create lasting partnerships within the region.”
MTech Mechanical provides comprehensive design-build-maintenance mechanical and plumbing services for clients across the state. The Northern office will have a focus on Service and Special Projects, and immediately provide support to new project developments including Roosevelt High School in Johnstown, Northern Colorado VA Clinic in Loveland and AIMS Community College Welcome Center in Greeley.
The new satellite office is located at 5809 Wright Drive, Loveland and Steve Donnelly, MTech’s VP Service will oversee operations of this new location. This will be the third satellite office location for MTech; the other two are in Southern Colorado and the Mountains. MTech’s main office and pre-fabrication facility is located in Westminster.
