Situated at 18th St. and Glenarm, Upton Residences boasts 461 for-sale residences and is the largest condo development in Denver since 2009. Upton Residences has been under construction since the spring of 2022 with completion scheduled for mid-2025. Amacon has been behind thousands of homes and other mixed-use developments for over 55 years.
