Southern Land Co., a Nashville real estate developer, is to open an office in Denver — a sign of the company’s ongoing and future activity in that market.

The developer currently has two projects in Denver; Centric LoHi, a 302 apartment complex with 9,000-square-feet of retail space, just completed construction this month, and another project, yet to break ground at 17th and Pearl streets in Denver, will add 315 apartments and 9,000-square-feet of retail.

This fall, Southern Land Co. will also break ground on Reve Boulder, a six-acre mixed-use development, at 30th and Pearl streets. The project will include 242 apartments, 125,000-square-feet of office space and about 17,000-square-feet of retail space.
