National Western Center to Live Stream Construction Plans

DENVEROn Friday, Dec. 15 at 1:00 p.m., National Western Center staff will be live streaming information on the Horizontal Portfolio Integrated Construction Contract — a Work Order Based Integrated Construction Contract to enable the Horizontal Portfolio.

Major scope elements are anticipated to include:

    • Site Wide Infrastructure
    • DPS Remediation
    • Site Investigations & Survey
    • Race Court
    • National Western Drive
    • Bettie Cram Drive 
    • DRIR Rail Consolidation

The National Western Contractors NWCO also recently released their baseline scope, schedule and budget for the National Western Center project. In early 2018, construction will begin on Brighton Boulevard 44th to Race Court. The project will provide improvements on public property (including travel and turn lanes), new curb, gutter and pavement, protected bike lanes, pedestrian amenities, improved utilities, and drainage and water quality improvements.
