The four leases are:

- Jirsa, Hedricks, & Associates Inc leased 4,041 SF of office space in Greenwood Village at 8490 E Crescent Pkwy, Suite 250 for 6 years. Brent Ham of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the Tenant. This lease was executed in June 2023.
- BRDG Project leased 8,680 SF of retail space at 3300 Tejon Street in Denver for 5 years. Matt Kulbe of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the Tenant. This lease was executed in June 2023.
- Dragonfly Landing Family Services leased 3,400 SF of office space at 2270 La Montana Unit 200 in Colorado Springs for 8 years. Jordan Burgess and Jeff Brandon of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the landlord. This lease was executed in June 2023.
