NavPoint Real Estate Group Sells 8,463 SF Office Building in Castle Rock for $1,928,000

Castle Rock, CO – NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce the sale of an 8,463 SF medical office building at 718 Maleta Lane in Castle Rock. The seller was CRMB, LLC. The buyer was 718 Maleta Lane, LLC.  John Witt and Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the buyer and Marc Holmes of Elevation Companies represented the seller.  This deal successfully closed in February 2017. The property is conveniently located 1/2 mile east of I-25 off Founders Parkway. The building was originally constructed in 2004 and is currently occupied by three dental practices.
