New Café Signs Lease at Steel House in RiNo

Beacon Capital Partners (Beacon) and Elevation announced that Amoret, a new café and cocktail concept from partners Kurt Henkel and Daniel Masters, founder of Hello Darling and Flora, has signed a 2,327-square-foot lease at Steel House in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood. Amoret is expected to open this fall.

Located at 3100 Brighton Boulevard, Amoret will sit adjacent to Steel House’s office lobby entrance. Designed as an all-day café and cocktail destination, the 70- to 80-seat space will blend subtle French Nouveau influences with contemporary elements, including sculptural forms, layered textures, warm lighting and thoughtfully curated materials, creating an intimate and inviting environment for morning coffee, daytime meetings and evening cocktails.

“Everything I build is rooted in creating spaces that bring people together through thoughtful design, hospitality and atmosphere,” said Masters. “The space at Steel House felt like the right place to create something lasting for the RiNo neighborhood, a place designed for connection, creativity and community throughout the day.”

Steel House is RiNo’s newest Class A office building, featuring more than 300,000 square feet of office space and 12,000 square feet of retail space. The building’s double-height lobby is designed to evoke a boutique hotel, while its robust amenity package includes a 13,000-square-foot outdoor terrace with flexible seating, a tenant lounge, fitness center, rock-climbing wall, indoor basketball court, yoga studio, conference facility for 200+ people, bike room with repair stations, and outdoor terraces on every floor.

The Brighton Boulevard corridor continues to emerge as one of RiNo’s fastest-growing mixed-use districts. With more than 7,500 residential units nearby and continued development throughout the corridor, the area is seeing increased demand for hospitality, retail and service-oriented concepts that support the neighborhood’s rapid growth and evolving identity.
