Respected commercial real estate industry veteran, Tamara Alexander-Johnson, today launches Corporate Real Estate Advisory Services, a new company that provides a comprehensive suite of property optimization and real estate-focused savings opportunities, in Denver. Principal Alexander-Johnson, has more than 25 years of experience managing over $3.5 billion in local, national and global real estate transactions.
“Over the course of my career, through managing and evaluating real estate transactions of all kinds, I’ve developed a passion for helping clients achieve their business goals with the help of a well-executed real estate strategy,” said Alexander-Johnson. “Providing exceptional service and cost savings to our clients is at the heart of how I deliver value, and I am proud to have created a strong sense of mutual trust and respect amongst the customer base.”
Corporate Real Estate Advisory Services will specialize in corporate real estate, offering expertise in office, retail, industrial, distribution centers, and vacant land asset classes as well as strategic portfolio planning and asset optimization. Additionally, the firm will offer lease administration support services, tenant improvement construction management and vendor management. The firm will primarily serve corporate clients across the Denver metro area and Colorado’s Front Range region.
Prior to founding Corporate Real Estate Advisory Services, Alexander-Johnson led transactions and strategic advisory teams at Western Union, BBVA USA and VF Corporation. Additionally, she has served as director of acquisitions at Etkin Equities and led the disposition of Pacifica Holding Co.’s $600 million real estate portfolio.
