DENVER — Construction recently began on a new for-sale condo development in the Lower Highlands neighborhood of Denver.
Lighthouse Lofts will consist of 46 units as well as 2,800 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. Underground parking will provide 46 automobile parking spaces, as well as 32 bicycle parking spots. The building will also include a rooftop amenity deck.
The project is being developed by Denver-based Urban Green Development and the architect is Denver-based Sprocket, one of few, vertically integrated design and construction management firms in the country.

Urban Green Development focuses on creating smaller, smarter spaces that are green from the ground up.
