This week, top Metro Denver Residential Real Estate Broker Susan Chong launched Iconique Real Estate, a new real estate brokerage created to provide best-in-class service to the expanding Denver luxury real estate market. Chong is also dedicating a core segment of her brokerage to Denver’s rapidly growing condominium marketplace, based on her track record of success as an onsite sales leader at two of Denver’s most successful condominium projects built to-date – The Coloradan and Spire. Iconique’s staff and commitment to a higher level of service is particularly well suited for out-of-town buyers looking to relocate or purchase a second home in Denver. Iconique will also service the flourishing Denver luxury leasing market.

“As a Colorado native and active member of the Denver community, I am excited to launch Iconique Real Estate to fill the growing need for exceptional service in luxury residential real estate,” said Chong. “Downtown Denver is one of the fastest selling markets in the nation, and the experienced realtors at Iconique Real Estate will use their intimate knowledge of the Denver market to achieve high-dollar sales, while providing best-in-class concierge service to our customers before, during and after each transaction.”

Since the start of her career in 2002 in her hometown of Denver, Chong has sold thousands of homes totaling more than three-quarters of a billion dollars in revenue, making her a top Denver broker as recognized by Denver Metro Association of Realtors. Chong has also made a name for herself in new construction sales, notably selling out the 496-unit Spire high-rise condominium development in downtown Denver and serving as a lead onsite broker for The Coloradan, a 334-unit condominium development in the heart of Denver’s Union Station neighborhood. On average, Chong’s listings to-date have sold in 21 days for 98 percent of list price – far exceeding the market standard.

Iconique has signed on its first client as the exclusive broker for RiNo’s newest boutique condominium development, Flora. The 12-story waterfront building is expected to break ground at 3500 Chestnut Place later this year and is being developed by Edee Anesi, Greg Anesi and Brock Fleming, who developed the Lumina Apartments at 33rd and Navajo in LoHi, in partnership with Avanti and Broadway Market food hall veteran Brad Arguello.

Chong will be joined by Operations Director Stacey Zynen and Broker Ashton White, with additional agents to be announced in the near future. As Operations Director, Zynen is focused on creating a next-level customer service experience for their luxury real estate clients, with a suite of services particularly targeting out-of-town purchasers. As a high-producing real estate agent and rising-star in the metro area, White has intimate knowledge of Denver neighborhoods and the surrounding areas.

“The tremendous economic growth on the Front Range has fueled a surge in relocation to the metro Denver area, leading to growth across the residential real estate market. In the urban luxury condominium segment in particular, I felt that we needed to create a higher level of service than what Denver has previously offered, so I decided to create Iconique,” continued Chong. “This is the perfect time for Iconique Real Estate to revolutionize the Denver residential real estate shopping experience as the buying audience has evolved so greatly.”

Iconique Real Estate’s offices will be located in the heart of the RiNo art district at 3149 Blake Street, Suite 101, in an office condominium that Chong purchased based on her successful relationship representing the developer of the property. Grand opening events coincide with the neighborhood’s 10th Anniversary CRUSH WALLS art festival, of which Iconique Real Estate is participating.
