Avenida Partners has announced plans to develop a resort-inspired apartment community for active adults age 55 and older, at McWhinney’s Centerra master-planned community. The 180,000-square-foot building will be constructed on 6.5 acres, complementing the wide-range of residential offerings across the community.
Construction for the project begins this month, and Avenida is planning for a grand opening slated for fall 2022. The three-story Avenida Loveland property will feature a modern farmhouse architectural design and offer 154 one- and two-bedroom rental senior apartments with contemporary finishes. Future residents will benefit from 10,000 square feet of best-in-class interior amenities and over 2 acres of landscaped exterior amenities.
Avenida Loveland will be located along the Loveland and Greeley Canal trail at the corner of Highway 34 and Boyd Lake Avenue, just east of Boyd Lake and north of First National Bank within High Plains Village.
