DENVER – Local retailers Berkeley Supply and #YOURSELF are now open at Dairy Block in the heart of Lower Downtown Denver.
Developed by McWHINNEY, Sage Hospitality and Grand American, Inc., Dairy Block is the Mile High City’s newest destination where you can dine, drink and explore an entire downtown block connected by Denver’s first pedestrian alleyway, which runs from 18th and 19th between Blake and Wazee Streets.
Located in the Dairy Block Alley, Berkeley Supply is the second location of the Tennyson Street shop specializing in high-quality, menswear with a focus on American-made products. The store carries clothing, footwear, luggage and accessories.
From the team responsible for the popular Blue Ruby on Larimer Square, #YOURSELF is a men’s & women’s boutique located in the Dairy Block Lobby. Designed to take the stress out of the shopping experience, merchandise includes jeans, jean jackets, button downs, t-shirts, jewelry, handbags, yogawear, travel toiletries and more.
Additionally, Engine Room Pizza by Chef Frank Bonanno will start serving thin slice New York style pizza from its Dairy Block Alley location in October.
Other tenants that have signed on to join the Dairy Block family, include
- Blanchard Family Wines – The passionate creation of two brothers, bringing their award-winning, boutique wines, and Sonoma wine country experience to downtown Denver. Their full line-up of wines will be offered as flights, by the glass, by the bottle, or to-go, and will be paired with Colorado and California sourced charcuterie, cheeses, desserts, and other small bites.
- Sarah O. Jewelry – This Denver based fine jewelry company offers one-of-a-kind versatile fine jewelry that is created locally using precious metals, through traditional and modernized metalsmithing methods. With Dairy Block as their second Denver location, Sarah O. uses only ethically sourced natural gemstones and diamonds and their carefully curated design collections.
Dairy Block is also home to Sage Restaurant Group’s Kachina Cantina and Poka Lola Social Club by Co-Founder and Restaurateur Peter Karpinski, Huckleberry Roasters and The Perfect Petal. Denver Milk Market, an all-local, all-wonderful mix of take-away and dine-in restaurants and bars run by Colorado chef Frank Bonanno, opened earlier this summer.
Several other Dairy Block restaurants and retailers will be opening this fall, including a Seven Grand whiskey bar, underground cocktail lounge Run for the Roses and a retail space by the founder of the popular Denver Flea marketplace.
