Denver, CO – NGKF recently hired Justin Kaufmann to serve in their growing Capital Markets division. As Director with NGKF Capital Markets in Denver, Mr. Kaufmann exclusively focuses on single-tenant net-leased investment sales. A nine-year corporate real estate veteran, Mr. Kaufmann’s experience includes retail, office and industrial transactions spanning 19 states, including portfolio sale-leaseback transactions for nationally recognized brands.
Prior to joining NGKF in 2017, Mr. Kaufmann was a broker in Chicago with JLL and Colliers International; he held leadership roles in the net lease practice groups of both firms.
Mr. Kaufmann earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in real estate from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Missouri.
