Norris Design Opens New Office in Fort Collins

FORT COLLINSNorris Design, a national planning, landscape architecture and branding firm, has opened an office in Fort Collins to serve the growing needs of northern Colorado.

The office, located at 244 North College Avenue #130 in Fort Collins, is headed by Principal Ryan McBreen and will be staffed by planning and landscape architecture professionals with diverse project experience. A planner with 14 years of experience, McBreen’s areas of expertise are in site planning, entitlements, project management and coordination. He is joined by Patrick Meyer, a landscape architect whose project experience includes single-family, multifamily, and retirement communities and public plaza, trail and recreation amenity design. The Fort Collins team includes landscape designers Desneige Hallbert and Jared Sickmann.

Norris Design’s Northern Colorado experience includes McWhinney’s Block 23, OTC2 and Spring Creek Farms; the Fort Collins/Loveland Airport; the Severance Parks Master Plan; Greeley’s Union Colony Fire Station #5; the Trails at Timberline; the Town of Nederland’s Comprehensive Plan; Dacono’s St. Vrain Legacy Trail; and Rendezvous in Timnath.
