Smith Ranch Neighborhood was recognized with a Silver award in the Best Single-Family Community category. Located in Silverthorne, one of Colorado’s most notoriously challenging housing markets, Smith Ranch is a landmark neighborhood that creates housing solutions for Summit County’s workforce earning between 80-120% AMI. The 51-acre site was master planned to create a vibrant community for those previously restricted by home prices, looking to settle in Silverthorne long-term. The community fosters diversity through the provision of several home types, all deed-restricted to ensure the neighborhood remains perpetually affordable. Parterre was recognized with a Silver award in the On-the-Boards Community category.
