Chicago-based Novel Coworking has purchased a 17-story building in downtown Denver location at 1801 Broadway for $40.2 million.
The 197,753-square-foot building, called Trinity Place, features 17 floors of workspace as well as La Loma Restaurant and a Bank of Colorado branch. Novel plans to build out to 70,000 square feet of coworking space.
Novel’s first Denver location opened in March 2018 and is located at 1630 Welton St. That location houses approximately 750 members who work for more than 100 companies.
