Crescent Communities celebrated the official grand opening of its newest multifamily community NOVEL White Fence Farm, on Thursday, September 21. Located at 6273 W. Jewell Avenue, NOVEL White Fence Farm is located on the site of the former White Fence Farm restaurant, which Crescent Communities salvaged and repurposed as the community’s clubhouse.
“We are thrilled to celebrate the official grand opening of NOVEL White Fence Farm in Denver’s vibrant Lakewood neighborhood,” said Ben Krasnow, managing director of Colorado and Utah for Crescent Communities. “This location has a deep and meaningful history with the surrounding community, and we intentionally worked to keep the spirit of the White Fence Farm restaurant philosophy and experience alive. We are incredibly pleased with the end result, which includes an adaptive reuse of the 12,500 square foot Americana barn for the clubhouse, and we look forward to seeing the community thrive and become a hallmark of the neighborhood.”
Design partners include architecture firm KTGY, interior designer CID Design Group, landscape architect LandDesign, and civil engineer Kimley-Horn. The general contractor for NOVEL White Fence Farm is CSI Construction.
Envisioned to be a modern homestead grounded in Colorado tradition, NOVEL White Fence Farm is anchored by the clubhouse with a traditional Colorado craftsman style design that is meant to evoke the past while complementing the surrounding residential neighborhood. The community consists of three and four- story elevator-served buildings with studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms and amenities include the restored barn clubhouse, a spacious fitness studio with an Echelon Reflect Mirror and Echelon Smart Bike, a resort-style four-season pool with adjacent open-air outdoor kitchen and prep area that include grills, a pizza oven, and a smoker.
